The place is very, very clean. As soon as I entered the place, I was thinking, is this KFC or another restaurant? It is one of the cleanest restaurants in Birmingham. The food is very good. The staff are good and the treatment is great. I highly recommend it, and I recommend that you try it. There is space for a lot of cars and a great place for children and families. I thank. The management of this place keeps it so clean. It deserves 5 stars.

I had a great experience at this KFC in Birmingham! The restaurant was really clean, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming and friendly. Everyone working there was polite, and you could tell they cared about good service. Mili, who served my food, was especially amazing — super polite, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh and served quickly, too. Definitely one of the best KFC locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend!

We ordered a family bucket with a few sides from KFC, Hall Green. Mili was superb; she guided me with our kiosk order, gave an approximate time scale when food would be ready, and the service she provided was seamless, warm, friendly, and with a smile. Will definitely be ordering from KFC again!

I’m sure you’re probably being supplied poor-sized chicken, but yet again, 4 out of a six-piece family feast are extremely small pieces of chicken.
I added the 4 strips for £4, and again, very small pieces

The breast of the chicken was smaller than the head of a drumstick. It was the smallest breast I’ve ever had in 40years of eating chicken

The crispy strip was not much bigger than a Mc Nugget and these are supposed to be £1.79 per piece 😳

Very poor value for money twice now…!!
