I’m not really sure what to say!! Shocking! The guy serving at the drive-through doesn’t pay attention, so you have to order again when you get to the window. When you finally get your food, it’s a quick U-turn out of the drive-through into the car park to get the order corrected. The poor guy at the front of the shop is shouting the orders of the customers for a guy at the back, with a shockingly bad attitude, to literally throw the food onto the backs for him to serve.

Food was ok, no serviettes were given with the meal, so I had greasy fingers till I finished and then grabbed some off the counter, and it was absolutely freezing in the restaurant, I took my drink away to the car to warm up!

Clean KFC with quick service and well-presented food on my tray. The filter burger looked and tasted good. The building is a bit cold, but that’s because they keep the door open..

Went there for the first time yesterday at 5.30pm.
The lady who bagged the food kept rubbing her nose, which is not hygienic at all.
Five tables were unclean with debris left on them.
The floor was slippery underfoot, some sort of spillage like oil,
The place was unclear, so much so that I will not be using this place again.

I’m sorry to say that nobody has trained the staff. Only the managers know how to use the tills, and nobody knows how to redeem free food rewards on the app. Check your order before you leave, too! Whilst I was waiting,3 customers returned to say they were missing food.

Please don’t go here! It’s my local and I always fall into the trap of going for convenience, but after recently going to Kingsbury Road and even the Chelmsley Wood one, this one is foul! There is no coating on the chicken. No taste. They appear to be diluting the KFC coating with corn flour. My opinion, my speculation, allegedly.
The chicken seems out of date. Fries are stale or undercooked. Plus, half the menu is never available.

I was absolutshockedsbywith what I witnessed yesterday, 17th March 2025, around 15:30pm. A member of the public returned a boxed meal (via drive-through) which she had opened, seen was the wrong one, and drove back. The member of staff put the opened contaminated food back into the hot food storage so it could be served to another customer. This is WG, and everyone should know about this. Management needs to address this.

No problem with the food, all there and correct (usually missing /wrong items), it can be very busy tonight. There is a seating area which is very boring and uninviting.
