Staff were friendly and attentive. Service was quick, and the food was high quality. Toilets were clean and well-maintained.

Took a number for a table, seemed quiet, but the food still took 14 mins to arrive for the table service, but it was cooked fresh and was hot, which was worth waiting for. The lady who brought the food was very nice. Elsewhere, I think a member of staff was getting some “feedback” from her boss about a negative customer experience, whilst we could hear the whole conversation… which wasn’t great for our customer experience.

Went through the drive-through and they gave me a completely wrong order,, but the correct receipt in the bag, tried to calling them 3 times with no response, this is not the first time this has happened to me at this KFC, I normally avoid it for the same reason but went this time for convenience which was a regret. My husband went back to get the food I ordered for and they were expecting us because the person they gave also had to go back, and there was still 1 incorrect item when it came home. NEVER AGAIN.

I visit this franchise regularly and without fail, their ‘drive-through’ has converted into ‘drive-park-wait for 15 minutes-through.

Ordered via KFC app, got a zinger burger with no hash brown, which warranted 4a 4-4-star review out of 5 cause it was still bussin. Finish my meal now, and there’s a flipping hair that does not resemble the colour of mine, so yeah, I had to go out of my way to drop a 2/5. Chips were ‘a + double ‘ss’ but I don’t expect much from here. Tbh, the only reason it isn’t 1 star is cause the fillets were free and were good as per usual. Will order from Erdington next time, tho. Thanks for the free fillets 👌🏾.

Tables were not all clean… a mess on the floor… would not let us order at the till…. told to use screens. Another guy basked and said no use screens, but did for another customer via a different staff member.

For me, it was the first time visiting this branch, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. April was the lady who served me, made great conversation, and recommended a few bits. I had a small issue with the wings being sorted straight away with no awkwardness. Will be back again, dining experience was great!

Absolutely awful meal and customer service. Ordered a Twister box meal. The chicken in the wrap was so tough and overcooked that I couldn’t even bite into it. Rang the store and the manager said I’ll have to come on a different day for a repladrive-throughy are nearly closing. No apology or willingness to do anything fowas r the inco. My meal was ruined.
