Used my loyalty card and asked about some free wings I was supposed to get with the bucket I’d ordered. The girl serving didn’t quite understand, as it didn’t come up on the screen, so I paid (to avoid holding up the lady behind me) and then showed her the promotion on my phone. She then asked what I assume to be the manager, who had a face like a slapped arse. She sucked her teeth at me and said, ‘You know you’re supposed to mention this when you order, yeah?’ to which I replied, ‘I did’. She then said that I hadn’t ordered the right meal and demanded to see my receipt, which I showed her. Cheeky and inappropriate since I was in the right and had paid almost 20 quid. Try not to belittle customers in a full shop next time, yeah? Would give 1 star if it wasn’t for the nice attitude of the first girl serving me. Diabolical service 👎

Absolutely shocking! Food was dry and tasted funny. My child and I ended up with food poisoning. My child ended up in the children’s hospital because of this place. It took us both more than 5 days to recover. It doesn’t even deserve one star. The staff were watching me eat like I was doing some sort of bush tucker trial. They were laughing to themselves. Do not go there at any cost! I will stick to the KFC in Solihull!!

Atrocious service. Ordered through Deliveroo and received half of the order. I then called the driver back, who said he didn’t have any but suggested we get a refund for that particular item on the app. I replied that it would be pointless as we had half a meal and wanted the other half… we didn’t pay for half of a meal. I asked for the store number, and he lied and said there wasn’t a store number. I Googled the store number, called them, and spoke to the manager, who said he’d sort it and call me back. Didn’t. I called back and couldn’t get through. I then called the driver whpickeddd up and told me that no one had called him. I called the manager back, who said he had called the driver twice to no avail (despite my being able to get hold of him with ease). The manager then said he would send the order out… but didn’t. We didn’t receive anything – they turned their phones off and proceeded to ignore it. Absolutely shocking. This is not the last they’ll hear of this. They stole our money, essentially.

Went in for lunch on my break. The meal was cooked fresh, really outstanding, the Burger was hot and loaded and looked like the advertisement, the chips were really nice, and the chicken was really crispy othe n the outside, a proper meal. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Overall, they did well.

The two pieces of chicken were hard and dried out. Two large beans instead of one bean and sweetcorn. Half of the fries were bagged and put aside, waiting, whilst the other half cooked fresh. No salt or wipes in bag
Won’t be using again. To be fair, gravy and popcorn chicken were OK.

Staff don’t wear gloves when handling food. And the girl serving us licked her fingers, then picked up a bag to put the fries and,d nd held the bag of fries with her hand over the top, touching the fries! Disgusting!

The people are rude in there haven’t got a clue about customer service, the place was dirty bins were full overflowing, dirty tables, got our order wrong had to ask for our drinks, forgot the sweet corn which I asked for, then they tried to charge me for it, the fries were rubbish the chicken was rubbish wouldn’t even give it to my cat. I will never eat there again, the staff are so rude..e

Always Slow service, no saltowele,t or tissues with any of the meals as usual. This will be my last visit to what was a good outlet. Cold undercooked fries, cold extra greasy chicken portions, and drinks seem watered down. Guess I’m gonna have to use Subway from now on.

Terrible place, the staff are quite rude. There is always a big queue and they run out of chicken often!
You are better off going to Sainsbury’s over the road, buying chicken and cooking it yourself.

Thought I’d have something different for tea on Monday, I got a box meal, chicken fillet, chips, drink, and HAD to have beans with it. The chips tasted awful, like they had gone cold and had been reheated in the fat they cook them off in. It was the same with the chicken fillet, and it tasted like the oil desperately needed changing, yuck!
Won’t be back there in a hurry…..
