Good staff, wonderful smile.

I think they had an issue with the toilet recently, but they are open now, fully functional upstairs lobby.

They have a massive 75-seat upstairs lobby and a ground floor with a 20-person capacity.

Quick service as well.

Mainly th,,e y open at 10:00 am in the morning till 03:00 am the next day daily

First and foremost, I’ve never been more uncomfortable in my entire life at a restaurant. Yesterday, 7th June 2025, it was raining outside, so I decided to dine at KFC with my Mrs. It was very humid and hot on the top floor. For some odd reason, all the windows were glued closed and painted over. I spoke to the manager and requested the Air conditioning be switched on, apparently it’s not working, so I asked if they could switch on just fan mode, yet they couldn’t do that either.

Friendly chap at the counter, but ran a bit poorly, stuff missing from the plate. No bathroom/sink was available as they’ve blocked it up – it is illegal. Any eatery with dining must provide a bathroom. In my case, I just needed to wash my hands.

The bathroom seemed fully functional for staff, but was blocked off so customers could not use it. In theory defence they probably do this as the many chavs that come in make quite a mess.

Yikes. Just yikes. Poor service. No hello, no goodbye, no pleasantries at all. Just shouted my number and slid the box across the counter. No bag, no tissues, just the box.
The food itself cost me £4.29 for a snack box. Fries only covered the bottom of the tiny box, and they were barely warm. Breading on the chicken was a bit soggy on one. Disappointing. Just disappointing.

The service was much faster than I anticipated.
The only issue I had was that I wanted to use a voucher, which I got on a recent visit to another KFC, which was a disaster. But I couldn’t find a way to redeem it via the kiosk.

So I decided to go for a quick value lunch on my lunch break, and with KFC being a good quality choice for chicken and value,ue I decided to go. However, when ordering, I wanted a drink, but the only drinks being offered were Pepsi or Robinson’s drinks, with no Sprite or Tango. So I was disappointed there were no soft drinks for anyone who doesn’t like Coke.

I know this is a chicken restaurant, and I’m glad they had a vegan option. The vegan option was really peppery and dry. The only good thing was the cheap cookies and white chocolate drink. Downstairs was really dirty and I cleaned it ’cause the staff was too busy. Upstairs it was very loud and VERY hot, and upstairs there was only normal trash, but downstairs recycled trash (where u put carton and plastic in the different holes, etc.)

My Experience with KFC
I ordered a family meal for £42, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The food was extremely bad, overly greasy, and completely undercooked. This experience was far from satisfying, and I do not recommend trying it.

The new KFC burger is a real rollercoaster. First bite: Wait, is this kinda nasty? Second bite: hold on… maybe it’s actually kinda fire? By the third bite, I’d fully accepted that I was enjoying it, even if I couldn’t explain why.

Absolutely disgusting, the food is way overpriced for what you actually get. The chicken burgers are half the size of the bread, and then people passed out in the seating area.l All the tables were left dirty had to clean our table ourselves..

10pm, I ordered a chicken burger from the machine, but the ticket was not able to printed out. Asked the staff at the counter, and seemed not able to understand me, and I was directed to the other staff. Time to call the number for pick up, the same guy, instead of calling 456, he shouted 356:).. The burger was so bad.. the bun and the patty were so dry and cold – it looked as if it had been pre-made. The pops were pre-poured as well.
