I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared.
My pregnant wife and I visited the KFC in Earls Court, and unfortunately, we had a pretty disappointing experience. We asked for table service as advertised by placing the table number where it should be. When the food was ready, instead of bringing it over or calling out politely, one of the staff members whistled at me and said, “Hey,” while pointing at the food for me to come and get it. It felt really disrespectful.

The lady was very nice. She even reminded my mom to not leave her bag unattended, as there are a lot of pickpockets around the area. She’s very sweet!
The food was also very nice and delicious. The chicken is crunchy and tastes way better than Indonesia 😭😭. The gravy was nice, and overall it was sooo good!! Will come here again for a late-night snack.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
When my order was ready, the guy handling food distribution placed it on the counter with an unnecessarily rude attitude. Because I did not hear my order number the first time it was called, he proceeded to shame me in front of other customers.
Such childish and unprofessional behaviour is entirely unacceptable, especially from someone working in a customer-facing role.

I usually visit this branch once a week food quality is good more better than other kfc branches in London but since 2 months the shop is smelly i went today and thought i should let them know about this so i tell this person who was in customer service and he said no I don’t think so he and his colleague gave me a the look like i was laying I didn’t like this behaviour it was really disrespectful will never visit again.
