They say the shop opens at 11,m made an order on the app and went there. The shop is closed, and they ignore when you try to speak to them, like u don’t exist. Keep knocking on the door for 10 minutes, and this is not the first time they haven’t opened this shop..

Ordered on the KFC APP. from the Shepherd’s Bush branch. Gave me someone else’s order and was not helpful about rectifying their mistake, and was trying to convince me, I’m the actual name on the receipt. The sayinggg I’ll get my order tomorrow, and I didn’t get my refund either. So no more KFC, like the food was any good anyway in the first place. Scabby chicken
