Very poor service at KFC Canning Town
Visited this branch and was very disappointed with the service. Staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in customer care. The food took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and not fresh. The restaurant itself wasn’t clean either. Definitely not the level of service or quality you’d expect from KFC. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The worst kfc ever. I spoke to two staff over the phone concerning a delivery order and they were of zero help. My food was meant to arrive for half nine and all of a sudden it’s nearly 12 midnight. I tried to call restaurant and they purposely ignored my calls. I had to cancel my order after 2 hours!!! How disappointing.
