Always KF comes up with big offer deals, it’s a valuable deal for £7.99 20wings. I visited Catford KFC, the wings are so fresh and juicy, and the staff served very quick. It was a good experience.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Made an order on Saturday and the order never came, although the courier claimed it was “delivered to a safe place.” How can you deliver FOOD outside? No one tried to contact me or anything. I’ve been calling this KFC all weekend no one answers. What’s the point in having a contact number if no one is there to pick?. Up up Never ordering from here again BE CAREFUL.

My Recent KFC Visit: A Solid Thumbs Up!
Just popped into KFC in Catford earlier today, and I have to say, it was a really pleasant experience. Sometimes you just crave that classic fried chicken, and this visit definitely hit the spot.
First off, the service was genuinely good. The person at the counter was friendly and efficient, got my order spot on, and even had a smile for everyone. It makes a real difference when the staff seem like they enjoy what they’re doing.

Where to begin 🤣 it gets worse every time. Why do the chips have Indian herbs and spices? I just want regular fries. Poor service, poor food, staff clearly do not want to be there, tiny grubby little store is not inviting at all. Close it down and let McDonald’s build there.
