| Jason Entwistle | I tried to order a $14.95 deal on the app and the message on the app was “we’re having a problem right now, please go to the store”. When I went to the store there was a huge long line of people and none of the self-service kiosks were working. After waiting for almost thirty minutes I was told that they are refusing to honor the app offer. Most disappointing KFC experience, ever. |

The self-service ordering screens result in the workers being overwhelmed with sheer volume of orders. Ordered twister combo and they were really stingy with the regular chips portion. Slow service. No seating. Need to try and find a spot in the busy food court. |

When I saw the chicken, the batter was all soft and squishy. I’d recommend going to the Townhall KFC, I’ve never had a problem with them. |

I did not raise it the first time to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I mentioned it to the staff today. They were quite dismissive of my concern and placed my burger on top of a paper bag on the shelf, as if expecting me to bag the food myself. I wonder if I am missing something, or if my order was not big enough to justify the cost of a paper bag. Disappointing service. |
