When in KFC today, the lady who greeted us was very happy and helpful, havingn’t been in KFC for years. Didn’t realise you had to order it via the tablet. She asked me nicely and politely to go and order it over there and then come back to her with the Slip of paper with my number on it. She was very polite when asking me if I wanted ice, took my order, and went and sat down. There was nobody else in the restaurant, and overall it was clean. It was a few little crumbs on the table next door to ours, which you’ll see in the video. Other than,, I thought it was lovely and clean, no rubbish anywhere.

Had a rough day yesterday and stopped by this KFC for a meal. While I was waiting, the cashier named Gokul noticed I wasn’t feeling great. He gave me a thumbs up and checked if I was okay, such a simple but kind gesture that really made me feel better. Excellent customer service! I ordered the 6 Hot Wings meal, and as always, the food was delicious. Highly recommend this KFC outlet!

Came here as I’m staying at the nearby Holiday Inn, so I didn’t want to stray too far. I ordered takeout, and I’m glad I did. This KFC had a really weird, unpleasant smell to it when I was waiting for my meal, so much so that it was making me cough and feel queasy. The food, however, was nice and fresh and hot, can’t fault the price either, even with me choosing some dirty fries to go with my Dirty Louisiana Box Meal, so that’s why I’ve gone halfway and given three stars.
