Terrible, everything Terrible, 4 chicken pieces that come from a baby chicken, half portion of chips ,no serviettes no salt no ketchup and mayo ,the wrap is for a child portion. Get a grip Barkingside, metro in Hainault it’s 10 times better!!!

Staff was very rude and food was cold and not fresh , also they locked the toilet and not letting the customers to use it , my kid wants to use toilet and I ask the staff to allow him to use toilet but they rudely say “ you don’t understand it’s not working”, while we saw one of the staff members coming out of toilet.
Very bad place for dine in especially with kids.

I’m not happy with this KFC shop, I bought 3 times, one is by deliveroo other takeaway , I ordered something they set something and didn’t give me drink , and not tasty very disappointing 😢 never gonna buy from here

Never ever order from this KFC, you will be severely disappointed I had a wicked variety bucket and they gave only wings and I was thinking to myself what a variety this was they gave super small hot wings and I had to walk back to the KFC even though I ordered it for delivery and they still argued about changing the pieces, even though it was an error on their side I’ve had countless problems from this specific KFC

The team members are very reluctant to serve. They doesn’t even know how the customer service free snack code works. They denied serving me. Very pathetic service by all the team members. I suggest KFC to give proper training to the staff in this store. I don’t suggest this store to anyone.
