I got home with my order to realise they gave me the wrong wrap, I had to walk back to ask for the one I ordered. The woman just looked at me like I was clinically insane and said nothing so the other staff member had to take over… not worth my money or time

I wasted my time to go to this restaurant to complain about a Just Eat order that was delivered with the wrong items. The manager did not even apologise after I showed him my order and I gave them back what was delivered to me. I am so upset I will never order from them. I don’t know how long I have to wait for Just Eat to refund my money.

First time using this branch and got a zinger burger meal. Not impressed with the quality of the food, at all. The burger and fries tasted off. The fries were too heavily salted and the burger dry. The aftertaste isn’t pleasant. The service was ok. Sadly, I couldn’t in good faith recommend getting a zinger burger meal from this branch.

I had a Rice box delivered today, 23rd March..Very mixed reviews..The rice was nice , the chicken, Luke warm and reheated…Coleslaw, also not fresh…
But the chips, all 14 of them, we’re reheated and not fresh, and cost a £3.19..That was extortionate……
Overall, I quite enjoyed the Rice box, but don’t think it’s worth the price

I can’t even rate the food because I didn’t even get to taste it. Honestly the worst service ever, I had no idea why the management was talking down to me the way he was and I just thought I worked too hard for my money to be spending it here where I wasn’t being served properly or being appreciated so I left.
