Ordered a Tower Box Meal from KFC Neasden and the whole experience was a joke. First off, the delivery driver (via Just Eat) was sat at the restaurant for 50 minutes before even leaving with my food — no reason for that kind of delay.

If I could give 0 stars I would but I wanted to leave a review so everyone knows to avoid this place by any means. I understand fast food won’t be amazing service however, maybe don’t ignore customers for 5 mins in their face to be on your iPad then roll eyes at the customer asking for something that’s on every KFC menu. This is a disgrace and why fast food places should never franchise and be sold to people who don’t care for the customers or brand. Will never be going here again. No gloves when prepping food, touching face then food, hair sticking out of the net. Ridiculous

Hi KFC, you need to check your prep as yesterday at 16;45 and today at 12:00 there was no chicken available. I couldn’t wait 20 minutes each time or even 10. Fast food is not fast food anymore. Will go somewhere else in future

Just ordered via Uber Eats. £13 for an original burger meal. Burger and chips cold and stale. Unbelievable. The delivery was literally 5minutes or so from the restaurant so definitely this was not prepared to order 🤢

This is probably the worst KFC i have ever been to, the food looks and tastes like it is been cooked a day before.
It isn’t a one off, i have been there 3 times in last 2 months, thinking the 2nd and 3rd time, may be it was one off but the food is consistently disappointing.

Never answer the phone. There is never options to remove items via takeaway apps and for someone like myself with allergies. The only way I can do that is speaking with someone directly but they never pick up the phone. Attempted yet again to call 03/01/24 called on 5 occasions between 11:30 -11:50 they refuse to answer.
