KFC continues to be my go-to for delicious fried chicken. The original recipe chicken was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, with that signature blend of herbs and spices that hits the spot every time. Visited the KFC Gulshan branch today (08th May 2025), and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to poor customer service. The upper portion of the restaurant, where the kids’ play area is located, had no air conditioning despite the extreme heat. When I politely requested the staff to turn on the AC, they claimed it was unserviceable.

The reason i gave 1 star to this location is because, I was shocked to see a mouse inside the KFC restaurant during my recent visit. It was running around ceiling fan area, which made me very uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. This is not something you expect when you’re going out to eat.

We placed our order at 6:12 and were told by the manager that our order will take 35-40 minutes hence after maghrib we reached kfc at 7:15 almost an hour had passed and found out that our order was still not ready and we’re told that it would take 5 mins more.
