I had ordered through Foodpanda a week ago, paid via credit card. Rider called me and understood my address, I was monitoring my order through app after given time of 60 mins I called the rider for the status as it is restaurants delivery and not monitored through app, at that time rider told me that I had already informed the restaurant that I am not going to deliver there due to safety reason, I asked him why did he did not informed me, he replied this is not my responsibility.

I recently visited this branch for a takeaway order, which included a Boneless Box and a K-Zing Burger.
Man, the experience was awful! The staff seemed clueless about what they were doing. They didn’t even give me my full order; there was no coleslaw in the Boneless Box. I explicitly told them not to add coleslaw to the burger,,r and they removed the iceberg lettuce and sauce as well!

The masala fries were super stale and the chicken pieces were extremely oily. Kentucky burgers were served stale and cold. When we complained about the stale burger,s the waiter toothemit and brought backa microwaved hard burger,,r which I was unable to eat. Overalll, my experience was extremely bad. I ordered their Thrilling Deal, which included a Zinger burger, chicken stick, fries, and a cold drink, but the chicken in the Zinger burger was completely undercooked and looked raw inside. The chicken stick was also not properly cooked and had a strange taste. I am totally disappointed with the KFC branch and its condition.
