Terrible service trying to claim a student offer with the code, then pay. I asked her how to claim the discount, which she said to order and come to her, which I did. But after that, she just said “You paid” and left, so I couldn’t claim the code anymore. The least helpful service ever. I wouldn’t want to dine anywhere with an employee like that.

Staff were very friendly, constantly cleaning the restaurant to provide a safe and clean environment – food was prepped quickly and at the perfect temperature, so it was still warm when returned home.

Nice staff, but I really don’t get the KFC places in Manchester, like very limited seating space, it’s wild..
Not gonna lie, like have enough seats for customers wishing to sit in since we are paying customers.
It’s 2025, get with the times and refurb to accommodate more

Shockingly rude staff. Didn’t call out my order number and left my food on the side. I went to ask them where my food was, but was ignored and only found my food when I went searching through the bag sitting at the front.

Ordered food via Just Eat well in advance of KFC closing for the evening, waited well over an hour for my order before they cancelled it abruptly with no reason given. Most of the food places had closed in the meantime, and I was starving.
