I went to buy a take out, I ordered a wicked variety, and 8 chicken wings, and a burger, after I drove home, I had 2 hot wings short, this is not the first time KFC staff does this to my order, they definitely trained to do this deliberately, they knew there are not printed paper in the order machine, apart from you take photo to prove it, I had this experience in other KFC branch, they are really disgustin.g

After 10 months of having a stop at this very eatery. Nothing positive (change) has been noticed.
Stopped by today, and the chicken remained very salty. The takeout order wasn’t. Complete as the sweet corn, etc, ordered were not in the packed bag like the biggest drum of chicken.

Nice venue. It’s a KFC, you know what to expect.
There’s not a lot of seating compared to other sites, though. And as far as I know, the drive-through is closed when they get very busy on Man Utd match days… and they get REALLY BUSY, like queue out of the door busy.

Wasn’t busy, but 99% of the tables were dirty in some way. The girl serving was nice and helpful. Food was hot and fresh, but there wasn’t any rice available. The toilet wasn’t very clean either. Get it cleaned, and it would be acceptable.

Didn’t receive cookies, rang just now, a guy answered as soon as I said we didn’t receive a part of the order, he hung up. Rang again, another person answered and MEOW’d and hung up. Rang 10 more times and they are not answering. HOW DO YOU EMPLOY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE LIKE THAT?!!!!

WARNING: I went here 2 days ago, ordered 2 meals, and watched the man in the kitchen pick up the cheese and chicken BY HIS RIGHT HAND WITH NO GLOVES ON TOO AND THE PRONGS IN THE OTHER LEFT HAND…. YES UNBELIEVABLE.. I immediately raised this with the staff manager. He looked totally uninterested and never apoloapologizede didn’t seem shocked or surprised in the least. For a refund. The place looks disgusting and filthy. Just look at the review scores… says it all. We left, never to return. Toilets are also filthy.

This establishment doesn’t don’t take cash when trying to order.. I think a million-pound corporation should do better. Also, the floor and tables were not clean, the bathrooms smelled, and there was no soap to clean my hands. NOT HAPPY!!

Very dirty place, was told the drive-thru was not working, and to go eat inside. When I walked in, there wouldn’t be any space to sit as everything was dirty. Bins were full, so people left their leftover food on the table, and looking at the amount of trash, it had to be for a while. If that’s a front area, where people are eating, I don’t want to think about how disgusting the kitchen must be. I don’t recommend it, and some health code requires the kitchen must be clean..
