The zinger was cold and hard with almost no mayonnaise sauce. The fried chicken pieces were very small and tasteless compared to the other branches. Didn’t enjoy it much. And for the atmosphere, there was kitchen oil odour even on the first floor, even my clothes caught it and had that oily odour when I came back home.

Very congested and overcrowded, they should extend the space. Furthermore, pathetic service as the food is always cold and has to be reheated. Orders are mixed up and the staff seems confused all the time. There’s only a single pair of washrooms and we have to wait in a long queue like they did in the feudal age.

Well i have a question 3rd time is it necessary to ignore if a customer asks for hot and fresh burger they always supply same cold burger every-time and in weekend they are not able to handle the crowd and orders too it took like 25 minutes or more our order came to the table and was keep asking for tissues ketchups no one was there too had to go by my self to collect ketchup and tissues.

Although the environment is a bit congested, both because of the crowd size, it is great and well-decorated. The dine-in service is great, butt as usual, the delivery service is not. The parking arrangements and security are also excellent. As for the food, even though it is a bit expensive, its quality, taste, and amount are simply awesome and worth it. 🥰😋👍💯
