This was around 2:30 am at night, and it took 45 minutes to get my order rectified, and the delivery rider had the audacity to ask for the incorrect Burger they had sent me after all this inconvenience (ofc I returned, but that’s a ridiculous thing to do to anyone). The Manager’s/ shift lead’s excuse? “Delay was caused because Riders get the order prepared on the spot for maximum freshness” |
