The environment is too bad, and also not as good as other branches. My experience was too bad.

Strongly disagree because the food was not fresh and coldrink like 2 to 3 days old, there was no fun at all, the buns also had a lot of staleness 👎, or the wings were not even washed because they were dirty, giving a bad experience.

This KFC branch in Bahadurabad, Karachi, has consistently provided a poor experience. Despite multiple visits and complaints, the burgers are always dry with no sauce. Additionally, when requesting a PET bottle for takeout, they refuse and provide a paper cup instead, even though they use PET bottles for delivery. The branch lacks customer service and is not responsive to basic needs.
