It was not busy at all, but the service was inferior. I requested table service, yet the person who got my order failed to provide tissues and a fork. When I asked for these, he simply pointed me to get them myself.

Awful customer service today, 5th June 2025. Do you teach your staff how to say please and thank you? Why are the staff not speaking English to each other? The food was very average,ot great tasting. But more importantly, your staff are awful, et them lessons on customer service ASAP.

Ordered via Uber Eats, stale food. Delivery was on time, so I can’t put the blame on the delivery driver. The food was not fresh, clearly left in the display heater for too long, especially the wings. Horrible food and service. Tried calling them, but no one answered the phone either.

Disappointed by the service. First, I asked the guy to clean the table, to which he replied that he had already done and when I showed him the food crumbles on the tablethey started cleaning. The guy’s name was Chirag. Then he missed our wrap. He was standing a bit away, and when I waved at him, he started giving signals. What’s the issue? I don’thatthinthat kindnd of service is appreciated anywhere. And in the end, when he came up with our ‘missed wrap’, he simply threw it onto the table, ruining our dip, nd without even realising h, he just walked away. Avoid eating in at this branch. Really unprofessional service. Not expected from KFC.

This is the worst fast food shop I have ever been to. The service was very bad, with the guys often forgetting or misplacing what was ordered. Worst burger and chicken ever. The food wasn’t fresh(felt like old food reheated). The chicken drumsticks were so bad that I couldn’t even eat them. There is no one to clean the table, and he bathroom is the worst I have ever seen. They don’t seem to be interested in running this place. Please avoid this place.ce
