Zero stars for the absolute disaster that is KFC. The taste is laughable, and the smell is straight-up nauseating. Who thought it was a good idea to serve fried chicken that’s more grease than flavour? The ‘secret recipe’ must be a mix of stale herbs and regret. Avoid KFC like the plague unless you want to ruin your taste buds and your sense of smell. Pathetic.

Absolutely disgusting, dirtiest one I’ve seen during my 30 years of life, overflowing bins, dirtiest table. The staff are just standing around talking to each other and not worried about the state of the restaurant. When the food finally came, it was lukewarm. Don’t recommend

Had an amazing experience at KFC! The burger, roll, and chicken wings were served hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was full of flavor. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and served with a smile, making the visit even better. Great food, great service — definitely coming back!

This KFC is the worst in Birmingham (Sellyoak), staff can’t be bothered, food seems to be dry like it’s been just sitting there. Don’t dare to try to order from the till, everyone looks at you, but until you literally say Is anyone serving or just staring. Someone then may stroll over. The staff really seem like working their were literally there last resort. Very rarely are the chicken pieces decent sizes. I tend to drive further out if I want KFC, this being my local, would be great if staff/management actually wanted to be there. Every few months, I give it a try to see if anything’s changed, but nope, it actually gets worse. They should just close down or hire staff who actually want to be there. They need random secret shoppers. Literally the only KFC I refuse to even try ever again. A Roscoe’s would be a better fit there.

Popped into the KFC at Battery Retail Park, Selly Oak on April 19th, and I must say, brilliant service! My order (12-piece Original Recipe Chicken) was ready incredibly fast despite a busy evening. The staff at the kiosk were efficient and courteous, and the food was piping hot and flavorful as always. Great value for money, and the takeaway process was smooth. I’ll definitely be returning for another quick and tasty meal. Highly recommend this branch!

The customer service was horrible. I ordered chicken wings &an Americano.
The wings were tasty, but Americano was so bad, it had no flavour to it. It was just coloured water.
The service was very bad, the waiter (female) just dropped the tray on the table, no tissue/sugar/stirrer were provided.

Came here for a snack, maybe the popcorn chicken and fries. But as I was in a hurry and couldn’t wait for the cues, I went straight to the toilet and out again. So I can’t comment on the food. What I will say, thou, is that the area for washing your hands was really clean. Unfortunately, the cubicle was a different story, with a brown coloured liquid pooling around the toilet bowl..

Terrible customer service. Attended yesterday with my partner and son. Usually we would use the screens to order, however, er the food we wanted wasn’t listed on the screen, so we wanted to order at the till. The gentleman at the till was serving another customer for at least 40 minutes. Once dealt with, with customer disappeared, didn’t acknowledge us. We were standing, waiting to be served. The female staff with hijabs kept glancing at us without attempting to assist us. I am heavily pregnant and waited at the till for approximately 50 minutes, waiting to be served. We walked out eventually, will not return.

Went there yesterday at a very late hour, almost near to their closing time, and yet the food which was served was so freshly made. Everything was top-notch: he piping hot food, hygiene, and the staff. Didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the whole meal as it was hard to control the hunger. It was truly finger lickin’ good😋!!! This KFC’s Selly Oak branch is highly recommended! 👌👌
