The place is very, very clean. As soon as I entered the place, I was thinking, Is this KFC or another restaurant? It is one of the cleanest restaurants in Birmingham. The food is delicious. The staff are good and the treatment is great. I highly recommend it, and I encourage you to try it. There is enough space for many cars and a great place for children and families. I thank. The management of this place keeps it so clean. It deserves 5 stars.

I had a great experience at this KFC in Birmingham! The restaurant was really clean, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming and friendly. Everyone working there was polite, and you could tell they cared about good service. Mili, who served my food, was especially amazing — super polite, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh and served quickly, too. Definitely one of the best KFC locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend!

We ordered a family bucket with a few sides from KFC, Hall Green. Mili was superb; she guided me with our kiosk order, gave an approximate time scale when food would be ready, and the service she provided was seamless, warm, friendly, and with a smile. Will definitely be ordering from KFC again!
