I was absolutely astonished at the service i received last week. Nidha was a wonderful host. She made sure all my requirements were met and smiled whilst doing so. Will definitely come back again. She was extremely polite and friendly. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever hand. This kfc is definitely improving.

This is a local KFC to me. I’m so glad it’s halal. Food is of very good quality. They do put a lot of coating on the food, but its still OK.

I purchased 20 wings for £8.99 which is a very good offer. It’s very filing and tasty.

Also has a drive thru and parking. Staff are nice. Food is prepare is quite quickly. Thankfully, they don’t hold back on the sauce dips.

Ordered 3 Twister wraps and was given 3x 1.99 mini wraps instead
Called up to discuss it.. but was never heard as the lady was very rude, not professional at all.. she Didn’t want to resolve the issue. Instead I had to listen to her trying to tell me it’s my fault.. 🤦
Please Double check your orders as they are clearly incompetent & cannot be trusted.

Terrible service from the counter staff; they clearly saw me waiting to order and just looked at me, then walked away. It took a good 2-3 minutes to take my order. Joke of a place I’ve seen the manager at that place before absolutely gem of a guy he needs to sort his staff customer service out

Now this is how a KFC should be ran!

It’s utterly crazy to think that this franchise isn’t even Birmingham’s flagship store – it’s a mere retail park joint. Somewhere to have a bite when you’re doing the weekly shopping. Yet this easily outclasses the affront that is Hull’s Jameson Street chain.

Nice fast food with halal option, tasty and krispy wings some times not that freshly served if you pop down towards the closing time. Staff are friendly and polite and drive through team are swift. Toilet facilities are clean and tidy.

I used this kfc regularly in the past and always a great service previously…

I feel charging customers 30p for a sweet chilli dip after they spend £14 on a bucket is disheartening… and very cheapskate.

Dips should be free within reason on buckets especially larger ones.

Hi I went to this kfc in the drive through . I only wanted 1 meal and it took 30 minutes to get my order so I won’t recommend to go thrdrive-throughe through.

Wings bucket offer back on put a pound dearer. However, the wings are obviously from otherwise discarded baby male chickens. Of the 20 piece wing offer more than 6 pieces were just about the size of my small finger, barely 2 inches! Serving these minuscule wings as an offer is pathetic and defies the object of the offer. Smaller pieces, higher prices = you’re actually paying more for less. Not impressed.
