After a long drive and wanting KFC, checking it says it closes at 11, got there at 10.10 to find the place had its lights off and mops out to show closed. Not very impressed.

I didn’t get to eat at my experience of KFC High Street. I asked for a promotion that is in the window, 6 wings fries £4.99. I was told I needed a voucher, which is not stated on the promotion, which the staff all agreed and stated they have told head office. Nevertheless, the manager kept repeating herself, saying I needed a voucher. I replied that this is disgusting customer care and false advertising. I will not come back to this branch even though I work 5 doors down from there.

The manager was so rude and he didn’t manage to talk to the customer. The manager doesn’t know how to speak with the customer, and the manager raised his voice at me, which I don’t like that I recommended that the pupil not go to this branch, and this guy comes from the backcountry; you don’t have manners to talk.

Every time I come here food gets worse, and the service is terrible. My bucket for one meal and my daughter’s were so oily and disgusting. KFC standards have dropped big time, matter of time before the place closes down due to no customers coming in. I definitely won’t come back, and the staff don’t care.e

The quality of food is so low. Had a meal from here and found the chicken undercooked, and all the food was oily. No napkins and just two sauces with a bucket deal. Waste of money. Idk why KFC does not care about its quality anymore. Improvements required.

I ordered 2 peices of chicken and 2 hot wings.lt was just after 12 so they just opened the I got my order straight away only to find out on my journey that the chicken was so dry it seemed to me that it was from the night before when I got to my destination I called them several times no answer and then it said the number wasn’t recognised very disappointed.

3 Orders in a row, they manage to miss items. This time, they missed an entire bucket of hot wings. The last few times, they spilled drinks/gravy, and forgot fries. Maybe next time they’ll just forget to make the food. 👍 On being consistently terrible.
