Food is always hot and fresh! All staff are lovely, well-mannered. We had spilled a drink at our table as my little one got extremely excited, and one of the staff members very kindly asked if we wanted to move tables. He took over cleaning it up and also gave us a fresh drink! Chilled atmosphere and plenty of space

We waited 40 minutes for our order. I counted 12 people who ordered after us to be served first (this doesn’t include delivered and dropped off). We weren’t told our order would be delayed, or why. When asked about our order, the staff member was rude. We then watched our chips be bagged up and left on the side 10 minutes before the chicken was even ready. When we questioned this again, the staff member was rude. Oh, and they didn’t give us our pop, we had to ask for it. Will never go to the branch in King’s Norton again.

Ordered a trilogy box meal, mini filler burger, and dipped bites. Got a side order of rice, a zinger burger, fries, mini popcorn chicken, 2 mini fillets (not mini fillet burgers. So, ultimately, why did I pay more for less?

A very poor staff member stopped halfway through serving me a walked off; another took over without any explanation. Today, you had no hot drinks, fruit shots, or desserts. When I asked why, I was given no explanation. The restaurant was unclear, and some of the seats were damaged. Food was otherwise good, but the overall experience was poor.

When I order, I like to go to the counter and order it, have a chat and ask about the event I went to order, the staff told me,, You can’t order here,, you have to order on the touch screen. SoSoso It elsewhere!
