I was very disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. There were no seats available, and it’s frustrating to get food and have nowhere to sit. On top of that, the portion sizes were shockingly small and more like rat-sized, barely enough for a snack, let alone a proper meal. Definitely not worth the price. Won’t be coming back EVER!

Unfortunately, there is a massive problem with E-BIKE DELIVERY DRIVERS outside the restaurant. Please BAN the Just Eat and Deliveroo drivers from this KFC, and please make sure they don’t hang around the store all day. There are plenty of other KFCs that are not in such a central location where delivery drivers can pick up their orders. This restaurant should aim to be public-friendly and not delivery driver-friendly.

Check your food before you leav, dining here due to coming up from Wales for work purposes, twice now I’ve been here, and twice I’ve paid for add-ons to my food only to get to my hotel and it’s not been fulfilled, added an ash brown to my stacker, paid for but not added, added gravy which cost me £1.99, not in the bag when I get back I’ve wasted half of my food due to missing add-on’s.

Food is nice, lovely, and hot, freshly fried, a bit of a wait as always busy, but it’s the best one in BirminghSittingting indoors upstairs and downstairs, screen orders and counter service available. Toilets 🚻 inside a disabled one, so a wheelchair was needed, and a ramp and disabled access were available

Came in today, went to the counter, girl saiWhyhy am I ordering here? Why did I have to insist on ordering at the counter? Very cheeky and awful customer service from her, the transaction number is 1014, and the cashier is Nei Argii.

The food was good – KFC recipe, but the service was extremely slow. The staff was pretentious in working with an idea of looking busy rather than actually doing work to serve. The basement place has good seating arrangements. Please get good staff or motivate them to do better.
