Extremely rude service by the drive-thru, rushed to take the order, asked to add on order, which she refused. We told her she was rude because she was more abrupt and gave attitude. Not appreciated at all! Her name was Dil. Get better training in customer service.

DT always gets the order wrong, as they just don’t listen to what you are saying.
Customer service is the worst, no apologies even when they get the order wrong a second time.
If you ever asked for specific pieces, you have to wait 30 minutes.
Chicken grease, flavourless less and no care in packaging the bucket, so the coating from the chicken just ripped off.
