I’m the KFC king and very critical of every KFC outlet I visit. The chicken was a bit on the greasy sideand having to wait 8 minutes for my fries was a big no, no. Staff need to pull their fingers out.

This has got to be one of the slowest KFCs for service that I’ve ever been to. It doesn’t help that there is only one self-service terminal in the whole establishment. If there’s a queue, you could be waiting for quite some time.
The food was up to the usual KFC standard, but the time taken to get it had to be factored in.

Each time I’ve been here has been amazing. Staff go above and beyond. Always clean and tidy. My kids love the staff!! They’re so friendly. Just moved here and bought loads for all that helped me, ordered my food, and I was crying to a female worker as it had been stressful, and she carried the food to the car for me, which wasn’t very close. Honestly think this is the best KFC store! Even better than the one I worked in!

Extremely greasy and tastes like it’s either old, day before, and reheated, or has been sitting rotting after cooking. Nothing is ever properly cooked, and if you want crispy chicken, cook one yourself because this franchise doesn’t know how to present fresh, hot, appetisingly inviting food. The chips? Soggy lengths of something or other. Go to the Apex Corner Drive-Thru concession and see the difference!! This is how it’s SUPPOSED to look and taste!! I only ever go to Borehamwood once if I’m desperate and there’s nothing else!! Don’t believe me…see for yourself!! 🫣
