These chicken pieces are very small. Mini chicken. If there is one kilo of raw chicken thighs in the bag, the smaller chickens will make more servings than the larger ones.
The prices are high, and the portions are small. A robber company.

Confiscated a 14 year old boys cycling helmet for messing around in the shop, lied to my face claiming not to have it when I went in to retrieve it, eventually handed it back by the very person that claimed not to have taken it and was told they felt that it was justified to take such a thing as a cycling helmet for poor behaviour.. sorry but on what planet is it ok to risk a child’s safety over messing around.

Ordered for delivery, and no driver could be found, so a second driver delivered another order en route. Over an hour later food arrived cold and greasy. The portions couldn’t have been smaller. 3 drumsticks out of 4 pieces, and the last was a minute chicken wing. Used to visit this place regularly. Never again.

The food was ok. The chicken was very dry, as if it had been under the heat for a while. The whole area was littered with rubbish. Staff just stood around, and 1 member of staff had time to go and buy everyone coffee, but there was no time to clear the seating area. When we entered, there were no other customers, so they were not rushed off their feet. No one spoke, and the staff looked like it was the last place on earth they wanted to be.

Bad attitude clearly looks like she doesn’t enjoy her job. Shouldnt be dealing with customers at all with her impatience.

After a 20-minute wait, the food was wrong. Missing items in everything we bought. Go online after spending £40, and they give us a £ 9 voucher when we wanted a refund. Then the poor service continues as they ignore your emails. Never use them again.

My son & I went to KFC tonight. It was so busy & it was clear the staff were rushed off their feet. However, they were so kind, with one guy engaging in conversation with my son & making him laugh, yet still organising & sorting meals. Really impressed & highly recommend.

Ordered through the app took 2 HOURS TO ARRIVE. Rangg the restaurant 6 times before they answered to be told a rider hasn’t come, and it’s not their problem. When the food arrived was stone cold and horrible. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, absolutely terrible. Stay away at all costs.
