Absolutely diabolical place, food only warm, service horrendous, the people behind the counter need to smile & be more friendly. Freezing cold, where n sat in eating our food as they had the cold air-conditioning on, told the lady & she just shrugged her shoulders. Will never come back here again

I came to Ikea and decided to have a KFC before, went in and it was colder than outside…. I was freezing, my food was “warm,” it was like eating outside…. not impressed… never had any problems in other KFC’s ever..

Bathrooms were in poor condition. Sealant around the sink is mouldy, lots of limescale. It wąs disgusting and unhygienic.
