Chicken was overcooked, old, whatever, but absolutely awful. I attempted to complain to the manager on du, ty who was more interested in being sarcastic and surly. How was I supposed to know it wasn’t good until I tasted it? Crap food by manager that doest care.

£25 for a 10-piece bucket and 8 of those pieces were rubbery chicken legs and no thigh/wings in there at all! The chips were undercooked and cold. Even the beans were stodgy and not fresh. Very disappointing.

1st class service from the counter staff from the moment we entered and got our food, the restaurant was very clean and staff were quick to clear tables that people were too lazy to put in the bin 2 feet away.

These self-serve tills are awful. I also don’t like the thought of touching a screen that lots of other people have touched before eating finger food. Went to wash my hands after ordering and got shouted at for not being back in time for my order to be collected. Staff are unfriendly and unhelpful.

Just collected my order via Drive Through Venue branch was placed in a large bag and handed to me with the drinks separately, and arrived home 20 minutes later to find my order was all wrong!!
My daughter does not eat this certain food, and not what I ordered for myself.
Tried to phone the branch hall for over 244 hours already, and the line is continuously engaged!!

After being kicked out of Nando’s, they wouldn’t let us eat there because I had my service dog with me. It was my son’s birthday. KFC had no issues with my service dog.. The staff were lovely an,,d so was the food
