The staff is unfriendly, and it’s unacceptable that milkshakes and ice cream are consistently unavailable. Every time we visit, there are no milkshakes or ice cream despite them being advertised. This situation is detrimental to the business and needs to be addressed. Customers deserve to have access to what is promised.

The order was late, taking over an hour to get to the Hilton hotel! Arrived cold! If not for the fact that my 2-year-old needs dinner, I would send it all back and not accept this at all! Not many staff members are main seating area, and where you get your napkins is not very clean. Didn’t have 2 main sides, mash and beans, forgot our dips. But gave us more popcorn chicken for replacement.

Blue Light discount wasn’t able to be added on the touch screen ordering, the message reads” Use the app. No discount applied on the app, and I was refused ordering at the counter unless I used cash. The excuse was card machines were not working, but when I saw a car use the drive-through, they were able to use card payments. Obviously, they didn’t want to serve Emergency workers and give discounts.

This branch thinks they can just send off non fresh food which has been laying in their hot unit for god knows how many hours, i ordered from uber eats and the woman on the phone says our food is fresh and only kept for one hour, what a lier, i chucked it all in the bin and wasted my money, all she keeps saying is get a refund from uber, but mate im hungry thats the reason why i ordered, totally unfair to everyone who pays so much and get cold, hard and dry food..

I have been waiting in the drive-thru for like 10 minutes… no response… we spoke but no reply, but we can hear all the gossiping and laughter…. Very bad experience… happened September 13th, 8.25 pm.
