I just went yesterday on Sunday on drive thru i ordered mini burgers and wraps the girl she is so rude she don’t know how to take order she is fully confused and she is so rude she start shouting at me when i went on window she told me you are laying about order this is seriously so miss behaving she is just talking with another guy and smiling still i am waiting for food when i asked her name she don’t want to tell then i see her name on batch her name is Memoona this is so rude service. I don’t want to come again this store again.

I ordered a trilogy box meal and only a burger and a mini fillet were in it.. Upon calling, I had no response after multiple calls. I had paid£19.28 and only received one burger and one fillet.. They missed my drink, chicken popcorn, AND chips.. I am disgusted.

My sister and I got the cherry and watermelon drinks, and they were obviously made wrong;g, the guy just got water and put syrup at the bottom of it. We asked him if it’s meant to be like that because it doesn’t taste right, and he started making things up. First, he said it’s sparkling water, I said, but it’s not fizzy. Then he saiActuallyly it’s flat lemonade? That’s not even a thing. I have no clue what he put in it, but it was disgusting!

This KFC is the slowest I’ve ever been to, it was empty, and it still took 20min+ to get our food, and it honestly tasted burnt and overly salty. I also had to remind them I had a drink with my food. I don’t know how they managed to get it so wrong. Service needs improving.

Whoever owns this franchise needs to sort out the quality of cooking. The chicken is always oily & soggy, so I suspect it wasn’t cooked at the correct oil temperature or the oil wasn’t changed enough. I’m a massive KFC fan, my go-to takeaway.. The quality at this branch is shockingly bad; it’s in a prime busy area, and it will not survive with this quality of food. SORT IT OUT, KFC

I am a Uber Eats food delivery driver. I had an awful experience at 21:00. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. I waited 20 minutes just to be acknowledged. The girl talked to other staff rather than serving food. The organization should monitor these things. Thanks

Terrible service, it takes 15 minutes just to place an order, cold cheese inside the burger, hardly any chips. No customer service, I won’t be going back to the Barlow Moor Road KFC again.

I had a terrible experience at this branch with my family. The atmosphere felt like an economic breakdown in the stock market, completely chaotic. When I asked about my delayed order, the girl named Shallu (as per her badge) rolled her eyes and was extremely rude. On top of that, she was openly shouting at other crew members at the front, turning the place into a literal fight scene. She was acting dominant and unprofessional, making it clear that this wasn’t a one-time incident.

Service was slow and rude, we were allowed to order food that wasn’t available,, and then asked if it would be swapped for something they rolled their eyes and said “yes one str.iWhenhen the next person came in,, they were offered anything thewantednt, including 4x burgers, multiple boneless strips. We were handed half of our order and then told we had to wait for the wings we ordered…when the delivery drivers and drive-thru orders were being served before us. The rest of our food was barely warm by the time we got to eat it.

This KFC always misses something in my orders. Ordered a party bucket with extra wings and extra strips, got home, nd the extra strips were missing. This has happened 4 times in a row, so obviously they are doing this intentionally. Tried to phone a few times, but they do not answer their calls. Won’t be using this Chorlton branch again.
