I changed my review to one star because the girl who served us today (07.08.25), in the afternoon around 1pm, was just gossiping with her friend and saying bad names and middle finger instead of serving the long line. And KFC, please don’t give us the common reply of complaining or reaching out to you because you never respond to anything about it at all.

Come to this KFC quite often, and the staff are lovely. The same group of people are almost every day, ay they’re always smiling and making the best out of their shift. The girl with black hair who is always at the counter is lovely.

Ordered at the front counter, I didn’t get handed my receipt. When the young lady called my order, I wasn’t sure if it was mine because I didn’t know my number. When they figured it was my order, the young lady with the red hat said, Come onnn, matee,” in quite a rude tone.

Worst first experience in KFC city. I am not a Food quality expert, but I have eaten a lot of KFC wings. These wings looked blackish and tasted bitter.. seems like they have been fried in the oil that had not been changed for a long time. The marination looked undercooked and tasted bitter as well. Never ordering from them again.

City Cross KFC is always super busy, but the team handles everything so well! No matter how long the line is, the crew stays super friendly, efficient, and makes sure everything is right. Imogen has been super friendly on multiple occasions and has always made sure we are satisfied. Food is fresh, the service is quick, and you can tell they work hard to keep things running smoothly. Definitely my favourite KFC around. Highly recommend!

I only ordered a go bucket and a slushie, o barely touched the chips, and the popcorn chicken gave me immense food poisoning for 3 and a half days. Wasn’t able to go anywhere without vomiting. would not recommend buying from this store

I went to KFC City Cross after a long day at work, even during peak time with customers surrounding the store, the service was impeccable! The staff remained calm, fast, and amazing under such pressure; the staff at City Crosses truly show that they care about their customers’ experience and want to leave a long-lasting, great impression. I ordered wicked wings, and wo,w they really did live up to the name staff even threw in an extra! 10/10 service

Walked in this morning and didn’t realise at first that they weren’t yet open. Wonderful customer service, they still took my order anyway and put it through without any fuss at all. The two staff members there were incredibly polite and were more than happy to help me out, en though they weren’t technically open yet.
