Order received but not delivered. Very bad first experience.

Extremely poor service for deliveries, system deliberately shows order dispatched after fixed time even if order is under preparation. Faking the on-time deliveries in their system.

Not a good service or food, Phase 6 branch Lahore.
Service is very poor, especially in drive-through. They take the order then keep us waiting in parking. After a long time, they deliver an incomplete order, and we wait again. I had to go to the delivery window to complete my order. The new K-Zing burger is okay.

Burger patties were cold…but fried chicken was good.

Day by day getting worse. Stinky, dirty, oily. Useless staff. 45 min wait for cold burgers, tried multiple times, and every time it’s worse. Managers are just puppets, no solution or service.

I am literally sitting here right now. The kitchen is doing their best, no doubt, but the employees outside and at the desk are literally clueless. Been sitting here for the past 2 hours. Everyone’s orders are coming up super late, not because the kitchen is slow but because the waiters are skipping orders. Orders come up late and super cold. When you go to the desk, they say the waiter will bring it, and the waiter just ignores it.
