Natasha Newton First time going to Granville KFC. The young girl who served my family was really friendly and helped me find the best value deals. We thought this was the best KFC we’ve had (we usually eat at KFC in the Blacktown area). So, we went back the following weekend! The area was clean too.
Melak Al I visited KFC, and the service was very, very slow. I waited for 30 minutes, and the food was not cooked well.
Muwaaz It was a good experience. My $8 Hot and Crispy meal was served quickly and fresh. It was during the lunch rush, but they managed to work very well.
Charbel S I asked for six pieces of breast chicken only. The guy said he would try but didn’t give a clear yes or no. After I paid, I got to the pickup window and was told that if I wanted them, I would have to wait in the waiting bay. I ended up waiting over 15 minutes. I should have been informed earlier that there would be a wait.
Marnie Pelayo Waiting time before ordering was almost half an hour. After ordering, the wait was almost the same. One customer complained that the drive-thru was moving faster than the queue inside, which was also getting longer.
Dhaval Patel The staff is not good. I waited for 2 hours, but my order was still not ready. The service was poor, and the staff didn’t provide any positive response or proper attention.
Omz Absolutely rubbish, soggy burgers. There was no one in line, and we were the only car, yet we waited 10 minutes for a Zinger Burger Box and some tenders, only to find the burger missing. Should have checked the box before I got home. My wife is pregnant and was really upset. How do you mess up a simple Zinger Box order? The drive-thru window was disgusting— they don’t even clean when it’s not busy.
Zhino Hung The chicken thighs in the Zinger Box were so small. I asked the store clerk, and they said it was normal. I will never go to that store again.
Duojie Yang Today, we waited more than 50 minutes, from 7:14 PM until 8 PM, and they still didn’t give us what we ordered. Instead, they asked if we would accept 6 wings instead. Terrible experience—never coming back.
Denish Tamang If there were a 0-star option, I would definitely give it to this KFC. I don’t know if it was the manager, but whoever the lady was, she was very rude and had zero patience. She literally swore at me when I only asked about my online order. When they couldn’t find it, she said, ā€œI don’t know, the order isn’t here, maybe try another KFC near Merrylands.ā€ But I had already made the payment, and it showed Granville KFC. There’s only one Granville KFC.
Shubham Garg The food is good as usual, but many times, they miss items or swap them, which is not acceptable.
Olive Kumar The supervisors at Granville KFC tonight were really rude. I ordered through Uber Eats and was missing 31 wings. I had to go down there myself to get the missing wings—no apology from them, even though it was their mistake. What’s the point of ordering through Uber Eats if I still have to go there to get the correct order? I paid Uber Eats for nothing.
