I wait 20 minutes after queuing. Still no food. I tell them I have to go. Can I please have a refund? They spend 10 minutes trying to discuss it with me. Left with no food and Rs1050 poorer because of no refund, and it was still not ready.

I recently tried KFC at the Gulshan branch, and it was the worst experience I’ve had. The chicken was dry, lacked crispiness, and had almost no flavor, far from the usual KFC taste. Even the fries were cold and soggy, making the meal even more disappointing.

We ordered 2 cappuccinos and one cardamom tea and asked them clearly to give some extra sugar. But with three cups, they gave only two sugar pouches, and after asking multiple times, they gave just two extra. Otherwise ignored every request we made for sugar, not once, not twice, but for thrice they did it. That’s very rude of them. They didn’t even bother to address their concerns for once.
