The toilets in this place are absolutely dirty. Do they never get cleaned? There was no loo roll in there, and to actually get through to the toilets, you have to push the door really hard.

My first impression was that the staff were not polite. The person who served me was already in conversation with another workmate and had to repeat my order 3 times. Had to wait 20 minutes to be served. Didn’t realize this is the standard for KFC I was disappointed. The food was brilliant, shame the staff were not.

Absolutely terrible, the customer service there was disgusting to the point where my own people had to have an argument with the staff due to their poor communication skills, Interpersonal skills, and customer service skills. They got my food wrong the first time and tried to refuse to make another one. I will not be going back to the KFC for a while till they learn some manners and work on their interpersonal skills. Not happy at all.

Nasty nary ru, rude, nd impolite staff. They simply ignore you when u wanna order, u need to ask them 2-3 times so they can pay u attention. Last time I went, I wanted to use the loo being heavily pregnant and they didn’t allow me,, sayingit’ss for customers only, so because that particular day I wasn’t a customer, I was thrown out and shouted at. Very traumatizing, I would never ever spend a penny ever again there. By staff, I mean a middle-aged black woman.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever visited. The service assistants were run ragged & treated so badly by the shift manager, I felt sorry for them, truthfully! The food was really poor and NOT what you expect from a KFC, the chicken was slimy aaand friesere hard and dry. It’s also a bit off-putting when you see the number of rats running amok in the immediate area; you have to see it to get the full picture. I wouldn’t use a KFC again.

Very bad service. It’s is fast food chain. On the contrary, side young black lady provided very rude and slow service. KFC needs to take action against them very seriously and needs to fire the manager and the lady. Management needs to change. All customers need to put pressure on the KFC complaint center and the HR department. They need to hire a smiley and friendly person.

Food took ages to make. The staff work really slowly. When I got home saw that they didn’t put the gravy in with the mega box Chips were stale and hard. It used to be nice, but it has gone downhill.

The server was nice, but when I arrived around 8, the rest of the shop was already closed, so you could only order and take away. The quality of KFCs should be standard, but somehow I feel like the food here is not as good as the one in Perry baBar,rr, the city Centre. The chicken was not as crispy, and they also gave us mostly wings. 4 out of the 6 chickens in our bucket are wings, which is pretty annoying since the wings are small. Usually they give 2 wings, 2 thighs, and 2 drumsticks in the other branches I visit, so I was really unhappy with this… Won’t go back again. There was quite a long queue too…so naturally it was a long wait.

Seriously, I am disgusted by the conditions that the staff work in. The chicken is stale and way below the serving temperature. The chicken tastes old and dry. I cannot stress enough how bad this is. I do not recommend going to this KFC, and in all honesty, it needs to be closed down.

Avoid this place like the plague. Literally the worst KFC in Birmingham. Staff are unprofessional, lackadaisical, and slow. There is no urgency. I know it’s fast food, but a 25mins wait for a Box Meal is ridiculous. This is also the KFC where there is never any chicken. Don’t waste your time. Drive to Perry Barr or Sutton.

Absolutely awful service from an older black lady. She was rude, kissing her teeth at me. I ignored when asked a questioabouteeWhen confrontednted her about her behaviour, she literally blew her top. Another lovely black lady had to intervene and apologise for the older woman’s behaviour. We cancelled our order and went elsewhere. Avoid.

My mum and I went to Handsworth KFC, starving, and we came out of it feeling annoyed. My mum ordered a Zingertower box meal, and I ordered 3 3-piece box meals. My mum’s burger was co, and there wasn’t any zinger sauce, and both of our fries were really burnt. We sent them back to the till, and my mum got another burger, which again was cold and had no zinger sauce. We had waited 10 minutes for fresh chips, so my mum sent the food back and asked for a full refund. WE ARE NOT GOING BACK EVER AGAIN !!!!

It was ok, not great. The food took 15 minutes to arrive after ordering. Female members of staff talked rudely to the customer. Probably im old school, but customer satisfaction is one of the keys in the food industry..

Staff are all yardies and have the mentality that we are in the Caribbean with such a laid-back attitude.
On multiple occasions have messed up my orders, on other occasions, they won’t serve you items you want excuse is that the machine is closed.
It’s 8 pm, how can you close a machine? Your opening hours are till 10p, I believe. If my kid didn’t pester me, I wouldn’t go in there at all. Sorry, your staff are letting down the place..

The store closes at 11, but 9at 50pm we were told that they had sold out of everything, including their milkshake drinks. On anotheroccasionn they missed out on part of my order, and I had to return to the store. There should be an option to give a Zero or a minus star rating.

The waiting time for food is too long. Staff are slow and grumble amongst themselves so loudly that customers can hear. I’ve noticed they have a preference to be more welcoming to certain customers.

Rubbish rubbish rubbish so all stars ticks as rubbish, very slow service after 15 minutes wait the food turn up cols wings was just salty and the women swops the burger buns so I had the top parts only realised when I bit into it but we took other burger to the counter and the women laughed at us by saying just swop them. Staff and managers don’t care about Customers and sales, they just come there to do their hours. I’ve been there a couple of times, a nd both times the service was disgusting. Staff don’t even cheer you; they will ignore you and go back to the room to chat, and I have to call them. Can you please serve me?. Horrible place, local shoptreats youuu better
