I ordered 2 pc chicken, this is what I got.
I don’t think this is what we got if we ordered 2 pieces of chicken in another KFC store.

And also, they put it ready for collection. But they handed over the food after 10 minutes.

I ordered food on uber eats the staff failed to verify the delivery driver that picked up the food this driver then stole my food because I never received it and they refused to remake my order and give it to the correct driver and I was still charged honestly i’ve never had a worse customer experience than this before, if i could give ZERO stars i would and that would still be very generous.

Half of my order didn’t arrive. Not the first time I’ve ordered from here and had food missing. Had to re-order the missing items to have them send what they had cooked and had left under the heat, obviously, as it came barely like warm and hard. Highly recommend the new Ossett if you’re ordering delivery.

This place was shocking, did my order on the machine, wasn’t very big turned around and apparently it was ready for collection, I’m not sure if they are just blagging the system to say they are getting the orders out quick or not but then had to wait 20 mins, I’m 95% they then forgot the order an wiped everything off the screen, there was 4 staff but only 2 working the manager disappeared for ages, while I can only guess the new girl was struggling.

Ordered a meal for 4 ( 2 kids ) at 5pm on 28.03.25.
Kept getting messages that the delivery time was pushed back.
I eventually gave up and cooked a meal for my kids as they were starving (words).
At 7pm, no foo. No customer service. Just received a message this morning that the order was cancelled. And getting a refund. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Will never order from here again.

It’s been one and a half ysinceinI havebeenn visiting this KFC and I have never witnessed a clean toilet and tables here. I went again this evening, again the tables were filthy, there was no toilet paper in the washroom, and there was no soap for hand washing as usual. The staff is not friendly either. Disgusting

It wasn’t very clean, and the service wasn’t the be st but the food was great. Updating my review based on my visit again today, it was very dirty in the customer area and toilets, honestly, not sure if it was clean in days, but you definitely know it’s been used. The chicken was very, very dry 🤦🏽‍♂️ Service was lazy, asked a worker to clean somewhere for us to sit, he didn’t sweep the floor or clean the high chair properly, so I decided not to use it.. Ordered food via Uber Eats, fries were missing, and no supercharger sauces I paid for. When I called to complain, a female answered the phone. I asked for the manager, and she replied that she is the shift manager. I told her the issue. She said I can come and collect the missing items..I got annoyed and said Why would I pay for delivery if I have to collect items now. I have a receipt showing I ordered Super Charger sauce,, she was disputing that it’s not on the order. Finally, I said I would complain further, she wasn’t bothered, said Do as you please. When I asked for her name, she refused to give her name.. This is when I lost it and swore, and she swore right back.k. I ended the call.

Ordered a 14-piece bucket, and it was honestly a waste of money. The chicken tasted like I was eating a spoonful of salt, and it did not taste like the normal “original recipe” KFC chicken at all. The chicken was also very crumbly and oily at the same time. Very disappointed.

Had wings from here on a offer like with a burger,r burger was nice and edgy, but the wings tasted like they were double fried, oily and horrible, could not stomach.. They went into the bin and barely had any meat on them.

These lot served me up a burger cooked and re cooked about 9 times, like people don’t know what old re heated is like, I could have out someone window through with it, this is supposed to be KFC, an International household brand, and you serving up re cooked burgers, let’s have a word with the management because that’s just not acceptable for a billion dollar brand, look at the state of that burger honestly I could of got frozen burgers from Iceland and had a better food experience that this..

Unfortunately, the food is tasty but always cold, so you will have to reheat (probably bbesttoonn an air fryer). So brilliant if you collect, but I would avoid delivery. AAlternativelycan cook!

This used to be my favourite KFC in the West Midlands. Until yesterday. I ordered a mighty bucket for 1. After a minor inconvenience, I finally received my food. When I took a bite of both wings, I found out that it was pink inside! This is surprising, as this KFC has been good with the wings for a while. I guess that I don’t recommend this place anymore! 2 stars as the chicken strips and original recipe were fine (even good!)

The staff on duty tonight handled a drunk, very rude (it was not quite 7pm yet) and racist customer excellently and calmly. There was absolutely no reason for anyone to complain as the service was prompt and efficient, although it was very busy being a Friday night. It was terrible to have to listen to this man shouting at the staff; they did so well to stay focused on their work serving all other customers. The person finally left after he was given a refund. Several other customers praised the staff for their conduct! 08 November 2024
