Been waiting for 5 minutes at the counter without any queue to order, and the lady won’t even look at me. And when I said “Excuse me, can I order please?” and she said “Can you wait? “
Why should I wait if it’s clearly not busy and she was just roaming here and there……..
And mind you……. It wasn’t busy at all.

I used to love their chips, and still, the chips themselves are great – exactly what you would expect of some good KFC chips. But now they add so much salt to them that it is practically inedible – I can’t even eat half of them now. This is coming from someone who loves the KFC seasoning, but this much is actually ridiculous.

We ordered via DoorDash for delivery 27on /04/25, which was delivered quickly. However, I ended up with food poisoning and was extremely ill for at least 36 hours. Obviously, the chicken wasn’t stored correctly before preparation, or the store is not cleaning to the hygiene standards that should be in place. I made a complaint directly to the KFC complaints department, to which no response was given. Very poor all round.
