This KFC branch needs to be colse!
On this visit, I spent £24.99 but was not provided with a receipt for my purchase. This is unacceptable as it makes it difficult to verify my order and obtain a refund or exchange.
Furthermore, the food I received was cold. To make matters worse, one of the chicken strips had clearly been bitten into before being served.

Worst branch ever!!!! Went for takeaway… ordered zinger and they gave chicken fillet which was cold and hard to choose, no lettuce, sauce, just chicken in the bun… and the other meal they did the same, had to throw everything away

I have been to KFCs in 10/12 different countries, and definitely many branches across the UK, and this one can be crowned as the dirtiest KFC I have ever been in my life.
Foods and drinks were spilled everywhere, and the floors were sticky. It looked like the staff were not at all bothered by it. Some of them were just chatting around. The same is true for the washrooms: The dirtiest among all KFCs we have ever been to. Horrible.

When taking our order, halfwaththroughhh, speaking to another customer in the drive-through with her mic on, just completely unprofessional and ignored us, and told us to wait a minute because she was speaking to someone else. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE literally screamed at us at the drive through just for me double checking she had our order right. Took our order halfway through taking someone else’s. Waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes when it was empty inside. I’m the woman’s name badge, her name his eather, I’m sure, don’t know if she’s just a team member or a manager, but she needs investigating or fired. She also had the same awful attitude to the girls behind us in a different car. No manners or customer service whatsoever!!!
