I don’t usually leave reviews, but after the service I received today, it has no choice! I had a great experience at KFC! The food was delicious, fresh, flavorful, and just what I was craving. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, efficient, and made me feel welcome. Definitely one of the best fast food visits I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend!

My visits to this KFC leave me with mixed feelings. While the service is fairly efficient and the food is usually hot, but not always. I was let down by the vegan burger. Unfortunately, it was very dry and lacked flavor, making it one of the least appetizing vegan options among fast food chains. The vegan mayo didn’t help improve the taste either. Overall, while the experience is average, there’s definitely room for plenty of improvement, especially with the vegan offerings. Also car park design is terrible. If you go through the drive-through through you can’t get back into the car park for those who like to eat in their vehicles.

Lovely refurbished restaurant. The food was really good. Quick service. Reason for 4 stars. After we had eaten, we needed the loo and we weren’t allowed to use them because they had just mopped?! They wouldn’t budge on that. I offered to mop after me, but still no. Very uncomfortable journey after that.

At the drive-through through we ordered and waited 30 minutes in the queue, got to the window, and asked how much longer the food was going to be. The reply was I dunno, I politely asked Idea. The next reply was I dunno again. The attitude was nothing short of disgraceful. There was a time when courtesy and customer relations meant something,
There was no sorry for the delay of anything, just bad attitudes, would not return here if desperate.

If you’re order is cooked fresh, then it tastes greattIf it’s been standing for a while, it can be a little too dry. Like many of these take-away places not great value for your money.

I haven’t ordered KFC for a long time, and I quite fancied it, but I have to say I’m very disappointed. Delivery was absolutely fine, but my food (a Colonel’s Meal) was appalling. My fries were cold and soggy. The chicken was also cold and wasn’t the best. Even my local chippy does better chicken! I’ll stick to treating myself to a McDonald’s in the future.

We went to KFC here on SSSundayth January.

The staff were very friendly. The food (wings, chicken pieces, and popcorn) was delicious.

The atmosphere was pretty nice, not tooo much in the city centre.

Overall, I would go here again.

The worst ever KFC taste I had in my life. It’s not even close to KFC taste, it’s just fried chicken as if you go ta o a UK fried chicken or Dixy chicken shop. And the loaded fries horrible extremely horrible

There used to be good food. Before the renovation. Now it’s just gone downhill. I initially put excellent as my first review 2 years ago. And I never usually change my review. Now I’m changing it. On Mon, the 25th September at 10,:3will 0pm I will go through the drive-through and order a trilogy box meal with no lettuce and no mayo on the burger. Every single item other than the chips and gravy was cold. Please refer to the picture for what the burger looked like. I think that should be sufficient to explain why I’m a little upset by what I got. Which I only saw after I reached home, starving after a long day.

I have no words to describe how the manager treated me, who was not the real manager ..She needs to learn how to talk with customers; her communication skills are very bad. Definitely, I don’t recommend this place. Everything was terrible. Even some of the staff members were very rude. I will not come again.
