This is my second time i am facing this that the burger from KFC, they didn’t add spicy sauce inside it. When I asked them to add it, they said I would have to pay extra. I mean, it’s not like we expect them to add spicy sauce for free, we pay the full price for the burger. And at the LuckyOne branch, they talk very rudely, they lack manners.

I was at KFC lucky one outlet, I was surprised when I asked to change the drink in the meal with water the cashier said it is not allowed then came the Incharge she also mentioned that’s not company policy, I said it is internationally a common practice they said in PK it is not their policy, I would request KFC to review their policy and make changes in system to apply this point as many times people avoid to serve drinks to children or avoid to drink by themselves.

KFC’s taste is better and excellent everywhere. The only thing I found not good was the service. Waiters need to speed up their work and provide details with ease to the customers. The good thing is that they were supportive and changed my chest item to leg. There screen TV should be upfront, so that customers can see their upcoming meal.

Always a long queue there. Always suggest placing a Kia Osk machine. What if the customer knows his order and is getting late to place his/her order through their counters. Customers are standing at the counter and asking for the deals. The customer who knows the exact order to place will place it easily via the Kiosk machine. They’ll never do things right, and the customer is suffering in the long queues.

Ok I do like it’s chicken but when ever we eat from there our digestive system gets affected diarrhea is must. Please there should be health inspection done on the oil and how long do they keep their chicken out from fridge. This is for health reason.
