The service isn’t great, I understand it’s fast food, so I’m not expecting much, but Genattt has poor customer service, most of the time I’m served by her. Besides that, nearly every time I order the chips are undercooked.

The food was nasty, the service guy was rude, didn’t listen to what we ordered, and so we got the wrong item and were told that’s what we ordered and can’t be changed under uncertain circumstances. I would avoid this particular KFC restaurant even if I were starving for days, just for the sheer level of rudeness. It wasn’t even that busy at the time. The atmosphere is noisy as it’s in a food court of a shopping centre, as expected.

Very bad experiences. I bouan 8-poundunds zinger burger meal. The burger was not hot, definitely not fresh. Fries were cold an,d potatoes were not even peppy. The drink is kept with ice for so long, so ia a lot ofter in Pepsi. Would definitely not go there again to waste my hard-earned money.
