Probably the worst KFC in Manchester! Stood at the till for half an hour waiting to be served, then the staff had the poor cheek to try to tell me it was closed! Asians ruin every franchise!

This can be hit and miss. Sometimes you can have great food, and sometimes it can be greasy. Going off last time we we, it was lovely and fresh, nice and warm, and what we wanted was available.

Foo,d is fine, but the past few times I’ve been, now the drive-through is taking 20 minutes plus each time to get any food. Just tell people before they order ‘fast’ food that there’s a wait, so they can carry on with their day if they have to.

Waited 20 minutes, which I complained about the staff being young and rude, both heard my complaint and turned back around, everyone was waitingaa ong ttime
Dreadful service, when I did get my food, there was no sorry or acknowledgement, no gravy or beans left.
You could tell the staff did not want to be there.
Very disappointing when you decide to get a takeaway, and then it’s an awful experience from start to finish.
