I have no issues with anything, but the problem is the playlist they’re playing. They don’t even know the lyrics, and all the songs are about sexuality. I went to the manager. I spoke with them, and he told me the stupidest reason ever. He said it comes from the upper level, and every KFC you go to, you’ll hear the same songs, but unfortunately, the person who is sitting on top also doesn’t even know what the lyrics are.

I’m really disappointed with KFC’s new standards. My recent order of a Crispy Duo Box and 3 Crunch Burgers from the North Nazimabad-2 Branch was a letdown. The chicken in the Crunch burger was scarce. Check out the images I’ve attached for proof. Order No. 56064732.

I ordered the K-burger from this branch, and it was so bad that I had to throw both burgers away. They were excessively sweet and inedible. Additionally, the delivery was late, and when I asked the rider about it, he responded, “We delayed it for fresh chicken.”

Order making and delivery on the seat is pathetic… Then literally don’t have an organized staff otherwise it’s not an big deal if collect my own order myself but they give an chit to place on my dinning table and no one even bothered that my order is ready since i stood and inquired and found order is ready… Thanda zinger khana tha tou bhai ghar per he mangwa kar kha lete… Very Bad Service!
