I have been here quite a few times before. Every time I arrive after 8pm, they don’t let me use the toilet. Their excuse is always the same: “The toilet is out of order.”Funny enough, it only happens after 8pm every night. Obviously, they don’t want to clean anymore and decide to have an easy evening.g
Lazy staff members. But obviously, they do it because they can get away with it.
They must have a laid-back, useless manager.

Went for a lunch dine-in on a weekday Food was delicious as in other KFCs, however, the service was not great as it was obviously understaffed (not because of the staff’s attitude). Staff were friendly and helpful. The baby changing facility was broken as well, so not in service. Not very impressed overall with this restaurant.

Ordered a meal and a Krushem. Which was an extra 1.69 on top of the meal already. Waited ten or so minutes while it was empty inside. Told we don’t have any krushems. What else would you like so I ask for a citation. They don’t have that either. At this point, I just laugh and say, Really? Wasn’t offered the money back, just another drink, which would have been included in the meal anyway. So I paid the extra for no reason. The food was subpar.

There food preparation time very bad, I though this was a one, but it’s now the fifth time with ques of people waiting around I could drive either sellyOak or Longbridge and get served way quicker and there is also a better atmosphere, worker seems either tired or something more noise than food getting served.

The food last week was missing popcorn chicken and chicken wings from my family sharing bucket complained to Just Eat, who said there is nothing they can do, which is vveryrudehave paid for the food and not received my full order, which is very rude..

I went to store this afternoon the young Asian skinny girl when I ask about my order was horrible and rude also the manager I don’t know even if they got right to work in uk place dirty management need to educate the staff and put right people on store please avoid this K FC in Northfield not nice place to be !!!

The food arrived fairly quickly, hence the 2* rating. I treated my partner to his ‘favourite’ takeaway after he’d had a bad day. Unfortunately, it made the day worse when the order arrived with a very overcooked, dry coating. He started eating, and the chicken looked quite grey. He ate a few pieces out of courtesy to me and hu, but he said it had a peculiar taste. The chips were dry and tasteless, and the mash was soggy. Within an hour of eating, he began to feel quite unwell and was unwell all night.
What was his favourite is now not even a second thought.

Some of the slowest service I’ve ever received in fast food here. My son loves a popcorn chicken snack box (nice simple order)…..without fail, you’ll wait 20minutes plus. Consistently this bad for at least 8/9 visits over the last few months.

Me and my youngest son and, popped in here after a busy day of shopping. The beautiful Asian lady who served us was so sweet and patient.
If I’m in the area again, she will really be the reason for popping in again. What a credit to this establishment.
