Possibly the worst KFC in London.
Everytime I order from here, items missing. Most recently, ordered a zinger meal for me and popcorn chicken meal for my son.
Both meals missing drinks. No popcorn chicken and 2 pineapple sticks. What kind of service is that? Staff are totally useless.

Very rude tiny lady,Just want to share my experience I have been there today and she was yelling on the driver. He didnt have the bag because he got another order in his bag and when he asked that why the other driver was given food without bag she started shouting on the driver in very ill mannered way. The miserable driver went back to take his bag and he continued waiting there for like ten minutes while the food was not ready.

Delivery – ordered a large popcorn chicken meal and instead got hot wings (which i cannot eat). Tried to call the store three times and got no answer. Got a refund on uber eats and so ordered another large popcorn chicken, which took 45 minutes to arrive. The second delivery delay is due to uber however, if we got the right order in the first place this wouldn’t have happened.

Whenever I go to KFC Penge, without fail the tables will be dirty. Tables should be cleaned after every customer has used it. Especially when the shop isn’t even busy.

I couldn’t fault the fast service or the value for money 3 wings and a wrap fir £3.99; however, the female that served me on the Saturday evening was more blunt and curt than courteous. Some pleasantries wouldn’t go amiss.
